Română: Descrierea stemei:

Potrivit anexei nr. 1.3, stema comunei Nadeş se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, încărcat cu un căprior de aur. În partea dreaptă şi în partea stângă, în câmp roşu, se află câte un ciorchine de strugure de aur. În vârful scutului, în câmp albastru, se află o cetate medievală de argint, văzută frontal, cu poartă cu grile, lăsată, cu un turn central cu acoperiş în 4 ape şi cu 2 contraforţi stânga-dreapta. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat. Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate: Ciorchinele de strugure reprezintă ocupaţia tradiţională în zonă, viticultura. Căpriorul semnifică bogăţia subsolului zonei, gazul metan. Cetatea medievală Nadeş este un simbol al culturii şi comuniunii localnicilor de diferite etnii. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
