Az Integrity egy hardcore/metal együttes, ami 1988-ban alakult Clevelandben, Ohio államban. Szövegeinek témái foglalkoznak a vallással, a természetfeletti dolgokkal, elmebajjal, individualizmussal, az okkult dolgokkal, és a "szent terrorizmussal". GISM, Charles Manson, Septic Death, Boyd Rice, Samhain, Francis Bacon, Mighty Sphincter, és a Joy Division voltak hatással a zenekar munkásságára.[1]
