A Tigris Erők a rossz időjárási viszonyok miatt felhagytak a Jirah Légibázis bevételével, és úgy döntöttek, inkább a Kuvejreszi Katonai Repülőtértől keletre fekvő falvakra koncentrálnak. Március 13-án a Szíriai Hadsereg elfoglalta Humaymah Al-Kabira falut, és lerohanta Humaymah Al-Saghira északi részét, melyet két óra harc után tudott elfoglalni.
