Friends, sorry for writing in English, I just have some little question and do not understand Hungarian, I am from Slovakia. In English Wikipedia, there is an article [[:en:Kingdom of Hungary]]. Some guys permanently reverts my edits and say that this state existed since 1001 till 1946. I do not think it is true, all other Wikipedias have the duration from 1001-1918 and some other also from 1919 to 1946. What do you think that is correct? :Matter of point of view. After the end of the first world war, there was political turmoil in the country, with some bloke first intruducing some form of republic, then came a brief duration of communist dictatorship and terror, lasting a few months. That so-called republic, and the commie dictatorship abolished kingdom as state form, and introduced republic, then proletarian dictatorship as state form, but this rule lasted only a few months. After that, Horthy emerged to power as regent, and formally restored kingdom as state form, which lasted till 1946, until the Russian occupation of the country. So, if you don't take into account this brief period of political turmoil, you can say the kingdom lasted from 1001 to 1946. If you take that into account, then you can say the kingdom lasted from 1001 to 1918, plus from 1919 to 1946.
::Yes, I knew these info, but anyway, thank you very much for more detailed explanation. I see that even Hungarian Wikipedia has the duration separated into 2 periods, like most of other language versions. The problem is that the name in Hungarian and English does not recognize the name of the country before 1918 and after. Slovak language do, as well Czech language and others. I think this is the biggest problem in this case...
