Az alábbi diszkográfia a Snow Patrol nevű skót alternatív rock együttes diszkográfiája, amely 6 stúdióalbumot, 28 kislemezt, 8 középlemezt, 3 válogatásalbumot és 1 koncertlemezt tartalmaz. A Snow Patrolt 1994-ben alapította Gary Lightbody, Michael Morrison és Mark McClelland Shrug néven. The Yogurt vs. Yogurt Debate címmel megjelentettek egy középlemezt.[1] Morrison 1995-ben kilépett a zenekarból,[2] és az együttes Polarbear-re változtatta a nevét.[1] Ezen a néven jelentették meg középlemezüket, a Starfighter Pilot-ot, az Electric Honey kiadónál.[3] Jonny Quinn dobos 1997-ben csatlakozott az együtteshez és ugyanebben az évben aláírták a szerződést a Jeepster Records kiadóval.[4] Ezután a zenekar véglegesen Snow Patrol-ra változtatta a nevét.[5] Az együttes első két stúdióalbuma: a Songs for Polarbears és a When It's All Over We Still Have to Clear Up 1998-ban és 2001-ben jelent meg respectively, but failed to do well commercially.

Nathan Connolly gitáros 2002-ben csatlakozott az együtteshez. A következő évben szerződést kötöttek a Fiction és az Interscope lemezkiadóval.[6][7] Harmadik stúdióalbumuk, a Final Straw 2003-ban jelent meg és nagy sikert aratott. A "Run" című dal became their breakthrough single in the United Kingdom, charting in the top 5 on the singles chart.[8] The album eventually sold 1.6 million copies in the UK[9] and won the Ivor Novello Album Award.[10] During the end of the Final Straw Tour of 2003–2005, founding bassist Mark McClelland was fired.[11] The band recruited Paul Wilson as his replacement, and touring keyboardist Tom Simpson was made a permanent member of the band.[12] The next album, Eyes Open, released in 2006, was more successful. Sales of the album were boosted by the success of the Grammy-nominated "Chasing Cars",[13] which reached the top 10 in the UK[14] and sold 2.5 million downloads in the US.[15] The album itself won a Meteor Award[16] and was nominated for several more.[17][18][19] It sold 2.1 million copies in the UK[9] and achieved platinum status in the United States.[15]

The band's fifth album A Hundred Million Suns was released in 2008. A compilation, titled Up to Now, featuring songs from the group's 15-year career, was released in November 2009. The band has sold more than ten million albums worldwide.[20]

  • "Warmer Climate" was released as a promotional single in the United States in 2006.[51]
  • A↑ Chas: "Chasing Cars" was only released as a digital release in Australia. The song entered the ARIA Digital Top 50 Chart on 30 October 2006 and during its 34 weeks on the chart it reached #1 on the Digital Chart for 11 weeks in a row (starting from 6 November 2006). In the week beginning 5 November 2007, the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) began to let download-only songs chart on the Top 100 Singles Chart. "Chasing Cars" charted on the ARIA Top 100 Singles Chart for 63 weeks, but only peaked at #53 as it already had strong digital sales for over a year.
  • B↑ Fire: "Set the Fire to the Third Bar" charted in US on Billboard Hot 100 in February 2010.
