Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Tușnad se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat de un brâu undat de argint.

În partea superioară, în câmp roșu, se află un stârc din profil privind spre dreapta, ținând în cioc o lalea pestriță, totul de argint. Stârcul este flancat la dreapta de un soare de aur, iar la stânga de o cruce dublă, având la bază o semilună cu colțurile în sus, totul de argint.

În partea inferioară, în câmp negru, se află o stea în opt colțuri, de argint.

Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.Semnificațiile elementelor însumateBrâul undat face referire la hidrografia localității - râul Olt.Stârcul și laleaua pestriță simbolizează flora și fauna bogată a comunei Tușnad.

Soarele, luna și steaua figurează în ștampila veche, rotundă a comunei Tușnad.Crucea dublă (acest element se regăsește și în stema Ciucului de Jos) semnifică satul Vrabia.

Culoarea neagră simbolizează culoarea bazaltului și a andezitului des întâlnit în Munții Mitaci.

Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
