Stema comunei Crăiești, potrivit anexei nr. 1, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat în șef. În șef, în câmp auriu, se află cinci flori de tutun albastre. În partea inferioară, în camp albastru, se află doi cocoși de aur frontați, cu creastă și gheare roșii, iar în vârful scutului se află o creangă de pin cu două conuri, de argint. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate:

Cele cinci flori de tutun „Crăiasa Nopții” fac aluzie la toponimul localității și reprezintă culturile de tutun tradiționale. Cocoșii, simbolul vigilenței, sunt reprezentativi pentru economia zonei bazată pe creșterea și procesarea păsărilor din gospodăriile și fermele locale. Creanga de pin reprezintă plantațiile arboricole ale comunei, atracții turistice și cinegetice, zona “la Zăpode” din pădurea de pini, fiind cunoscută de localnici ca fiind una de tradiție curativă. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul decomună.
