Stema comunei Micula, județul Satu Mare se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, despicat, tăiat în partea inferioară de un brâu undat de argint.

În partea dreaptă, în câmp roșu, un cerb sărind spre stânga cu o ramură de stejar în bot, având burta străpunsă de spada unui braț în armură, toate de argint. În partea stângă, în câmp verde, un stejar de aur. În vârful scutului, în câmp albastru, două spice de grâu încrucișate, de aur.

Scutul este timbrat cu o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificațiile elementelor însumate ale stemei:

Cerbul sărind spre stânga cu ramură de stejar în bot, având burta străpunsă de spada unui braț în armură, reprezintă vechiul sigiliu al localității.

Stejarul face aluzie la bogăția în păduri de foioase a comunei.

Brâul undat face referire la râul Tur care străbate teritoriul comunei.

Spicele de grâu evocă ocupația de bază a locuitorilor – agricultura.

Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
