Stema comunei Beba Veche, potrivit anexei nr. 1,1, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular albastru cu maginile rotunjite, tăiat de o furcă lată de aur. În partea superioară se află un cocoş de aur, în mers, înarmat şi limbat. În centrul scutului, pe furcă, se află un obelisc ridicat pe un postament cu trei trepte, de culoare roşie. În vârful scutului, pe furcă, se află imaginea unui pod roşu, cu patru arce de boltă - mâner de paner. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat. Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate: Furca sugerează locul în care se întâlnesc cele trei ţări - România, Serbie şi Ungaria, iar cocosul ilustrează zicala potrivit căreia cântecul cocoşului este auzit în cele trei ţări. Obeliscul „Triplex Confinium, ridicat în 4 mai 1920, în urma Tratatului de la Trianon, sugerează punctul de întâlnire al frontierelor celor trei ţâri. Podul, numit „Podul Răbii” sau „Podul Grâului”, a fost construit în prima jumătate a secolului al XVIII-lea şi trecea peste un braţ, azi secat, al râului Mureş. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
