Alfonz “Talfi” Barta (Miskolc, Hungary) a multi-diamond, multi-platinum, and multi-gold record-winner European mega rockstar musician, composer, and orchestrator, started his wildly successful career by studying classical piano.

He played in a few bands before being invited by legendary singer, Attila Pataky, to join Edda Muvek, one of the most famous bands in Hungary. Alfonz “Talfi” Barta played an essential role in this top-selling rock band’s first three albums: he wrote lyrics, composed music, and orchestrated many recordings.

During the height of his success, he escaped the Soviet-dominated communist regime and immigrated to Switzerland where lived for over two decades.

During his flourishing European career, the multi-lingual (German, English, and Hungarian) star had played on eight records and performed over 2,500 concerts around the world, including the USA, Germany, Switzerland, Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Bulgaria, and Hungary. In addition to contributing to film scores, he was also the featured pianist for Hilton Hotels, Basel, Switzerland. He released two Swiss solo albums, titled "I Was at Hilton Basel" and "Stay with Me."

EU, Swiss, and Hungarian citizen, Alfonz “Talfi” Barta, recently made the United States his new home. His wide spectrum of musical knowledge (that includes bass guitar and drums) helped him to establish himself in America, where he moved with his business partner and manager, Sophie Barta, and created his American dream company, Talfi Music Production, LLC.
