Hi. How come this lady has a surname if she died in 1931, before the Surname Law in Turkey? Is this fact based on a "reliable" source? Have you ever thought (I am just speculating :) someone might have seen a photograph of this lady together with other women, where she was wearing a ferace and to distinguish her wrote on the legend: "Feraceli" (the one with a ferace) and this became a "source"? Leave aside my joke and please respond to me whether she really died in 1931, before the Surname Law in Turkey, using her father's name (Rıza) as a family name or if she did not die in 1931, and survived to have a surname after 1934...
